One of Locals esteemed patrons just informed me that President Lyndon B. Johnson gave a blanket pardon to all CSA veterans. It didn’t occur to me to ask SIRI!! Apparently that happened December 25, 1968! Someone needs to tell the Ivy League bubbleheads!
